This Privacy Policy describes how Arron Chelmo ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in our iOS applications Plumb: Tower Stack and SlidePuzzleNumbers (each, the "App"). It covers both apps. Where a section applies to only one of them, that is stated.
Neither app has an account, a login, or a server of ours. We do not run a backend, and nothing you do in either app is sent to us.
The two apps share most of their behaviour but not all of it. This table should save you reading sections that do not apply to you.

We do not directly collect or store any personally identifiable information. We have no servers and no analytics of our own. The only information that leaves your device is collected by the third-party services described below.

Both apps display advertisements served by Google AdMob. To select and measure those ads, Google's advertising software collects information from your device. According to Google, this may include:
Google uses this to choose which ads to show, measure whether they worked, and detect fraud. Their handling of it is governed by Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
If you buy the ad-removal purchase, the advertising software is switched off and stops collecting this information.

Before any of the above is linked to your device's advertising identifier, the App asks your permission through Apple's standard tracking prompt. If you decline, the App works exactly as before and you will simply see less relevant ads rather than no ads.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

SlidePuzzleNumbers integrates with Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Any data shared with Game Center is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy. Plumb does not use Game Center; its high scores are stored only on your device.

In-app purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, see, or store any payment information. We are told only whether a purchase exists, so the App knows to stop showing ads. Purchase records are managed by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy.

SlidePuzzleNumbers offers an optional feature that lets you select a photo from your device's photo library to create a custom puzzle. Photos are accessed only when you choose to use this feature and are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store any photos on external servers. Plumb does not request access to your photos.

SlidePuzzleNumbers may request permission to send push notifications to remind you about the daily challenge. Notifications are generated locally on your device and do not involve transmitting personal data to any server. You can disable them at any time in your device's Settings. Plumb does not send notifications.

Plumb can create an image of your score and hand it to the iOS share sheet. This happens only when you tap Share, the image is created on your device, and where it goes next is entirely your choice. We do not receive a copy.

Game progress, high scores, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults system. In Plumb this amounts to your best score in each game mode, which mode you last played, and whether you have purchased ad removal. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Deleting the App deletes it.
Neither App is directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Advertisements are supplied by Google and subject to their policies. If you believe your child has provided personal information through either App, please contact us so we can address the matter.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
